Returns Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we can process this for you within our returns period of 14 days from date of order receipt. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method within these terms:
  1. Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  2. Items for return must be new, unused, unwashed; and with all tags (hangtags, neck label, wash label) and garment accessories attached and intact.
  3. Items for return must include their original packaging.
  4. Items for return must have no visible signs of wear or use and must be in resalable condition.

FOR UPDATING*******To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
  1. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
  2. Send all items back to us using the label provided.


International Returns

Returns outside the Philippines are at the expense of the customer. Similarly, if the item/s did not pass our garment check for returns, these will be returned to you at your cost.
  1. Once we receive the item for return/exchange, our team will check the item to make sure the above terms for returns are met. This step takes 3 business days.
  2. As soon as the return is accepted, we will issue a refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for the amount to reflect back on your account.
  3. You will be notified via email regarding the status of your returns.
