What do you do best in your profession?
As a marketing manager, entrepreneur, and hands-on mom, I’m constantly striving to find balance. It’s a work in progress, but I’m doing my best to build my career while keeping my family as my top priority. Spending quality time with my kids and husband is what I value most, and I’m proud of being able to give them my full attention when I’m with them.
Can you share a silent win or personal success that often goes or have gone unnoticed?
A personal success I take pride in is seeing my kids thrive in the things they love. Despite my busy schedule, one of my silent wins is finding time to have one-on-one dates with each of them weekly. These moments of uninterrupted bonding mean a lot. Another personal win is having my daily “me time,” especially my daily workouts. It gives me the energy I need to keep up with both my career and family life.
Best career advice you’ve received.
“A happy mother is a good mother; if your work makes you hum, your whole family sings along.” This advice really resonates with me. It reminds me that finding joy in my career not only benefits me but also positively impacts my family. It also takes a village to do what I do. I’m lucky to have “angels” who guide me in managing my kids’ day-to-day activities, dependable colleagues who help with my work, and friends and family who keep me grounded and sane.
